Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Return freight paid by the customer. All returns require a return authorization from our customer service department. Please call customer service, 403-569-9555, to receive an approval for your return.
Returns for Refund
On each item returned for refund instead of exchange, there will be a 20% restocking charge. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.
Clearance and Closeout Items
There are no refunds or exchanges on clearance and closeout or items.
Electrical, ignition, discontinued and special order items are not returnable. Videos and DVDs must be unopened and in original packaging.
